Customer Reviews

We have had some very happy customers over the years - here is a little bit of what they had to say about us.

President of Underwood Solar Future LLC

Dear Pam and Rick, I want to thank you for all of your help in getting me started in my new business venture. From the logo design on my letter head, to the design that my employees wear on their high quality shirts. You have proven to me that you are my company of choice for all my company apparel. You made for me in a few hours a banner that proved to be the eye catcher at our first trade show.

For all your attention to detail and creative thinking I'd like to just say thank you.

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful service that we received from Embroidery PGH. We couldn’t of asked for any faster service. Your designing of our jackets for the South Fayette Township Disabled Hunt was fantastic. The color scheme and the hunter in the wheel chair was truly amazing. Everyone was fascinated by the high quality of your embroidery work and how professionally done the jackets were. I know that there are 8 hunters who are extremely proud to wear those jackets. I look forward to working with you in the future and would recommend your company to anyone looking for superior quality and design .

I would like to thank Pam and Richard Stilwel for all the hard work they do to satisfy their customers. My name is Lori Kern and I do the apparel for Peters Township Hockey Club. We have 3 teams playing for our High School and 5 teams in our developmental program accounting for over 130 players. This season we sold approximately $5000.00 worth of merchandise. Rick and Pam were there to help me from start to finish; selecting the items, ordering samples for everyone to see, designing new logos for our club, and then ordering the apparel, embroidering, screening printing it with players names and numbers. I don't believe there was 1 error amongst all the orders. We had last minute orders they were able to get in the week of Christmas and make families happy. Orders were done in a timely fashion or finished early. They searched for items they were not able to get from vendors that initially had the items until they found a vendor that had them.

Richard designed decals for me that turned out to be awesome. I just can not say enough about them. But to continue I also do the apparel for my daughter's AAA girls hockey team, Team Pittsburgh. We have 6 teams and they separated the orders and had them ready by team within 2 weeks time. They are very conscientious about their work which allows for very little if any error. Other places I have used previously always made errors causing delays in the work and then to the customer.

Pam and Richard also did our wind suits for Team Pittsburgh and our coaches jackets for Peters Township. When I brought the boxes in they immediately started separating the pieces and matching them according to my sheets I had set up. They had a system in place and worked quickly to get them done for our teams. It seems that whatever I bring in, whether it's hockey bags, apparel, wind suits, and no matter how busy they are no job is too much for them and they get it done quickly. They simply amaze me! But it's apparent they love their work.

They worked our Thanksgiving tournament with nearly 90 girls teams and they worked from sunup until sundown late into the night heat pressing hockey items for hockey players. Richard and Pam always go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. And I must say I am one satisfied customer. I just hope others appreciate the hard work they do and the hours spent pleasing their customers.

We, the Vietnam veterans of Mike Company, Battalion, 1" Marine Regiment, held our first reunion in 1993. Since then we have held a reunion approximately every 2-3 years. For each of those reunions--prior to 2011--we had used the same company to provide us with caps, T-shirts and other items on which was printed our Marine Corps emblem and other information relating to Mike Company, 3 Battalion, I' Marine Regiment. Although the work done by that company was adequate, we were never totally satisfied or happy with the final results. Also, as the years passed, its service became slower, its work became less skilled, its attitude became less cordial and its prices increased dramatically.

Just prior to our 2011 reunion we began searching for a new organization to do our work. During our search we had the extreme good fortune to find Pam and Rick Stillwell at EMROIDERY PGH. After our first meeting with them—even before they had done one stitch or embroidered one item--we knew that they would be doing our reunion t-shirts, caps, windbreakers, duffel bags etc. for the 2011 reunion. Their work and prices in 2011 were so satisfactory--outstanding in fact—that we hired them again to do the work for our September 2013 reunion in San Diego.

We hired them to do our embroidery work in 2013 because they are highly skilled professionals at their craft. They use state-of-the-art embroidery equipment. They were always available to answer our questions and willing to help us in any way possible. They did not discourage our difficult designs but helped us to improve and perfect them. They finished our work on time and at a discounted price. Their work on our caps, T-shirts, windbreakers, duffel bags and other items was again outstanding. We could ask for no more. Working with them was a pleasure. They were always cordial, helpful and willing to do a little extra to please us. We wholeheartedly--without reservation--recommend them and their work to any person or any organization needing embroidery work. Their pleasant and energetic attitude reinforced our willingness to return to EMROIDERY PGH to do the work for our future reunions.

I am writing this letter to say that Pam and Rick Stillwell have done a superlative job operating Embroidery PGH in Robinson Township, PA. They are warm, welcoming, and friendly people. They always have time to talk with me about the projects that I bring in.

They work hard to find the best price, best fit and perfect design for each item that I need. I can count on them, even when I am short on time and need something in a rush. In fact, even when I am not rushing, they complete projects quicker than I was expecting!

They take a lot of care and consideration with their work. Many youth organizations come to them with embroidery and imprinting work because they do such a good job. Even with so many local groups getting their items from the same store, Pam and Rick manage to come up with a unique and special design for each group. This means that when you pick up your order, you can count on it being special for your kids/group.

Pam and Rick take the time to come up with new, inventive, and eye-catching designs. They are always patient with my huge lists of kid's names that need embroidered and they have never – in several years with of cheer and football- misspelled a child's name. They are completely reliable!

I know that if I need something for my Girl Scouts, Cheerleaders, Majorettes, church or my family; I can count on them to design a top-quality, unique item for me.

When I want something special, I call Pam and Rick!
